I understand all too well that I forgot to make that appointment between the hours of 8-5 with an hour off for lunch. So, I have an online scheduling system which allows you to schedule, change or cancel an appointment at your convenience.

I ask that if you are a first time guest at Monchele Hair that you please schedule a consultation first.

Each of my services come with a consultation, unless a consultation was given at an earlier time. Then you will receive a prescribed shampoo and conditioning treatment, meant specifically for you hair, a scalp massage to stimulate hair growth and scalp health and a customized blow dry with only the best products used.

It is best to use your mobile phone number when signing up.  You will receive a conformation e-mail, and a reminder e-mail and/or text message 72 hours in advance of your appointment time.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations can only be made 48 or more hours in advance of your scheduled appointment, or a 50% fee will be charged for the missed appointment. A $25 deposit will be charged for consultation appointments, which will either cover the consultation or be credited to your service.
